What is your thoughts on the idea of living a very long life
My thoughts on the idea of living a very long life are pretty simple: living long is a gift as long as health is part of it.
I don’t necessarily want to live as long as possible just to count years. What I want is to stay well for as long as I’m here—physically, mentally, and emotionally. To be able to move, think, laugh, create, and recognize myself in my own life.
I want to be here as long as I can if I can live in a way that feels good to me. In my body. In my mind. With energy enough to enjoy the small, ordinary moments that actually make up a life.
And most of all, I want time with my loved ones. To share meals, conversations, hugs, memories, and quiet moments. Longevity only matters to me if it includes connection, dignity, and quality of life.
So yes—living a long life sounds beautiful. But living a healthy, meaningful, and connected life is what truly matters to me.
