Elf on the shelf – silly ideas to copy

20 silly Elf on the shelf ideas to copy listed below

Only a few days left for the Elf on the shelf in our house! My kids loves him and will miss him all year long. I on the other hand can’t wait to but his little tiny shoes away, in a box in the garage til next year. Our Elf tends to wake up to make his silly little tricks just when i’m about to fall asleep in my warm, cosy, don’t-want-to-go-up bed. Just my luck!

We don’t do the Everyday-christmas-calendar thing in our family. My kids gets 4 “bigger” gifts, one on every sunday of advent instead. Sundays is our Elfs best day of the week, when he gets to hide the kids advent gifts. And he hides them, hard. My 7 year old found his gift in the freezer after a long time of searching. Sundays is my favorit day of the week to!

I have collected some of the magical little tricks our Elf has made this year, so far. Seems like he really liked to use tape this time!

I believe that the best way make these little moments extra special and magical is to also make the tricks on the adults i the family. Kids loves it and it’s a lot of fun regardless of age. A favorit of mine is that our Elf writes with inc that adults can’t read. But he also likes to write with inc that adults can read, just to mix things up. Go or i g, i av m de br kf st t u – Elfie
